From past many days the bses app is not working to register no supply complaint. Since the day it stopped working these people are not providing electricity properly to our area mohan garden. Got to know from someone that these people do the power cut to provide so that they can provide the supply to some other area. Daily 5-6 times power cut is happening. I do work from home job and due to this powercut if one day i will not be able to do the job there will a huge loss for me and who is going to be pay that amount to me.
When tried to submit complaint on your so called "bses website", brpl option is not available from the drop down menu. Earlier this was available. I think you people are deliberately doing this so that we cannot submit complaint thru app or website so that you can supply the power to other area.
When you call this customer care number to register the no supply complaint there is this option which says you can submit you complaint by just entering you ca number thru your registered contact number. This is also not working.
Overall your customer service and suplly service is a bull #. Bses is useless. Was this information helpful? |
