Hi,

I am a resident of block l-extension, mohan garden, uttam nagar. My ca number is[protected]. I am seriously fedup with the customer service of bses. Every second day there is the power cut in my area for atleast 3 hours and if the same time i am trying to complaint from customer care number its always busy at night time. Even i have tried with the whatsapp number as well they never recognised my mention ca number in any form. Request you to please check this issue thoroughly and resolve this power cut issue at night time. I am a job person and it's very different to complete sleeping during power cut.

We have'nt got any solution of above mentioned complaint as of now. Still we are facing same issue on daily basis. Request you to please do you work properly so that nobody can face issue which we are currently facing.
