Rajesh Babu — chit amount not received even after four months of auction

I have auctioned the chit on 27th october 2017 in kapil chits p ltd., balanagar. I were told by the managar that i will be getting the fund with in a month. But today the date is 29th january 2018. Almost 3 months complied. Still the verification is pending and i have not received the fund. I have continuously following the manager regarding the same subject, but he is unable to response the issue.

This is not a first time in this branch also done same problem.
