Rajesh Cable net — Poor services

I am facing sever service issues from the cable provider who is proving hathway services. The net connectivity is very poor, customer care and attending complaints is pathetic. The internet services are not stable from few days it completely stopped on friday ( 4th dec). Logged a complaint on 5th. The techinician dinesh calls at around 3:30 tat he is reaching in sm tine to resolve the problem. He cones post 8 pm! He chks on the terrace and says he has fixed the problem bt my net dint start so I called bk. He says the rodents have cut the cable he will cone the next day I.e. today by 12 and fix the problem. I had called ajit bhai( He is the s senior manager ) in the meantime to ask why the technician s cone so late as often my dghtr us alone at home at this time. Ajit bhai is unable to talk . After sometine I get a call from sm number saying he is from rajesh cable net. I share my concern and tht my net is not working. He assures the problem will b resolved tom . Today around 12 two guys come with cable they check where cabling needs to b done and go to the terrace saying they are working n will cm bk. They sinply dissappear. I try calling dinesh. Ajitbhai and tge number from which I had received the call last evening. No body picks up tge call. What are we supposed to do? Why are the customer s treated in this manner. Have we not paid for the services? If rajesh cable net is nit able to provide proper Internet service and support in attending complaints they should just refund the money and stop this business immediately and not take customers for a ride . Every time help is required fir the service s we hv paid for we hv to pass thru this trauma. . I had faced a similar issue in October end, i had lodged a complaint on this forum
