Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya [RGPV] — Degree Delay not received yet

I have applied for B.Tech & Branch [CS] - ComputerScience & Engineering Main Degree in RGPV BHOPAL on 13/05/2023 with 250Rs/- transaction amount.

Enrollment No - 0510CS171003
Application ID - YHD[protected]

They told me that my degree will be dispatched within 5-7 working days.

I have not received the degree yet and when I try to call on the number provided on their website they don't receive the call or disconnect the call most of the times.

I need degree urgently but their is no response from university.

so please give me necessary help for this.
