Hello Sir/Mam,
My name is Surbhi mastkar, roll no.0536EE191070
I persuing my B-tech from Sagar institute of science and technology and Engineering college Bhopal I am trying to fill the 8th semester Exam Form but is show not forwarded by college. College force to submit the full fees. But am a SC category student and I got admission on schollership based, I don't have that much money, they said after summiting fess then we will forward my exam form. So please help me so that I can apply for the Exam.

Solvel this problem as soon as possible because I have exam on 27/04/2023
