Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya [RGPV] — For refund of failed transaction that was not taken to submit my fees.

Sir when I am going to fill the exam fees for 5th sem and the amount got deducted from my account but they show sorry for inconvenience, then I tried again and again for the five time i.e 1000*5=5000 but all the time show sorry for inconvenience and the next morning I saw that the form was already submitted automatically.

Please sir check and refund my money that was not taken to submit my exam fees.
