My name is Abhishek Jalkhare, and my roll number is 0103CS221012. I am writing to address a pressing concern regarding the evaluation process for my M2 (BT-202) examination undertaken during the 2nd semester.
Following my initial examination result, in which I regrettably received a failing grade, I was earnestly confident in my performance and subsequently proceeded through the challenge process. During this challenge, the faculty members presiding over the review acknowledged the merit in my arguments and conceded that my responses were indeed correct. As per their guidance, I departed with the understanding that my concerns had been duly noted and rectified.
However, upon the subsequent announcement of the revised results, I was dismayed to discover that I had again received an unfavorable outcome. This inconsistency between the verbal acknowledgment of the correctness of my responses and the final evaluation has led me to question the integrity of the evaluation process.
Moreover, with my 3rd-semester examinations scheduled for January, the urgency of this matter is paramount. Therefore, I humbly request:
A thorough re-evaluation of my examination paper in my presence, conducted by a suitably qualified faculty member from outside RGPV to ensure impartiality and fairness.
A refund of the fees incurred during the revaluation and challenge processes, as I believe the initial acknowledgment of the correctness of my responses during the challenge was not reflected in the subsequent evaluation.
I implore the authorities to expedite the resolution of this matter due to the impending 3rd-semester examinations. I am willing and available at your convenience to facilitate the process of re-evaluation in my presence.
Your prompt attention to this issue and a timely resolution would be greatly appreciated. I eagerly await a favorable response to rectify this unfortunate situation.
