Rajshree Ford — pending of service

We are very much disappointed with the service offered by rajshree ford.. We stepped into rajshree ford for its customer and loyalty. And we had purchased a ford aspire dated on 24/02/18 from rajshree ford, coimbatore. But purchase did make any sort of happiness and satisfaction to us.

I would be very grateful to you if you could do the needful at the earliest as it is more than two month’s that we have not received certain things as stated below. I would be obliged if you look into the matter personally and arrange at the earliest. Also i would like to request management to look seriously in this type of faults. As a customer i had very much disappointed. So please try to solve my problem.

1. Extended warranty papers
2. Cut mat (Gift)
3. My old vehicle audio player (Cd player)
4. Insurance correction (Nominee age)
5. Insurance amount rs. 7099 (Refund)
6. Name change of rc book of old vehicle (Tn 37 ba 1038)


Am waiting for a good response from rajshree ford.
