Dear sir .i recived call from irctc regarding my complaint of not recived ticket to solve the problem they assured to credit the ticket amount to my account but they have diducted rs.15364 .part of 4time deducted in 2500+5000+3932+3932 .from the mobile no.[protected].[protected]. kindly resolve my problem and refund this amount urgently basis
