Rakhi WorldWide — Ask to deliver Rakhi in UK

This is absolutely 100% fraud site. I ordered to deliver a rakhi in UK. They have taken the money and gone away… No one picked up the the phone also… it always come … switched off. Nether they communicate with me further. However, I lodged complaint against them in my bank also and requested Bank official to get my money back to my account.
Why this site cannot be scrapped permanently from Google/ Safari browser…. So that other people do not fall prey to them… don’t know how to do that …..
