Rakhi WorldWide — rakhi worldwide is not responding

I sent a rakhi to my bro in usa from rakhi world wide
To check the delivery status i have been trying to call the customer care number they have provided [protected]
I have been trying from one week but noone picks up the phone
I have paid the money and its not yet delivered
They said it will be delivred by 8th august
They are not answering at all from so many days
