[Resolved]  RAM — Even if I don't want the connection Airtel try to keep the connection alive and generating monthly bill

In my life time I will not use Airtel Post paid connection at any cost.AIRTEL are not customer friendly. One year before I went to Airtel customer care to terminate my broadband connection.The customer care representative advise "through 121 you can cancel the connection".I called the 121 but they convinced put it in to safe custody and charged Rs 500 for that and I paid .Few months later without asking whether I am living in that place or not .They activated and generated the bill and sent to the address.My only question " why they should activate my connection and generating bill even without knowing whether I am living in that place or not. I haven't used the connection why I should have to pay.Its very tough to cancel my Airtel connection they keep on calling and torturing to pay the bill even without using any data or voice.Finally I cancelled. I think million of customer might face this kind of problem by Airtel. Government should have to take proper action against Airtel .They should have device some kind of plan that without customer advice they should not activate. There main purpose is only getting money.
