I am subsriber to the BSNL broadband service. For the last 10 days or so, suddenly, internet connectivity gets cut every day from 4pm and comes back next morning after 6am. This happens on a daily basis without fail. I have had great difficulty in registering complaint with BSNL because their customer service executive does not take the time to understand the problem. As a result they test the line after the service comes back in the morning and declare that the problem is solved. Then, once again, I have to register a fresh complaint the next day. It is impossible to talk to a senior BSNL officer because their telephone numbers are not available. I visited the local BSNL office but their staff is not trained for solving problems like this.
