We have purchased a LED of vediocon from Vijay sales as follows:
Dated 29/01/2018
Invoice no. : 345-Q-SIF 504
Model no.: UHD LED VNV 43Q 549SAM

The above mentioned LED had some technical problem which was not repairable so the above LED was replaced by you in January 2019 whose model no. Is as follows

Model no. UHDTVVRC43QA495A

Now the the LED as replaced by you is under warranty period with third party, the only issue is that the the model no. Mentioned in the bill is not matching with the model no. Of the LED that we have right now reason being the replacement by you.

Kindly issue me a acknowledgement letter or email that your company has replaced the model no. (as per bill) UHDLEDVNV43Q549SAM

With the new model no. UHDTVVRC43QA495A

I would be very thankful as this will help me a lot.

I am attaching the invoice and model no. Of new LEd for your ready reference

Why are you taking so much time to replace the LED,
We have the warranty of 3 years as given by you, still you are taking so much time
Sir, tell me the location, where defective LED is to be brought by us. Balance payment of Rs 5, 000 shall be paid as and when the new LED shall be delivered to us i.e. cash on delivery upon the receipt of new bill( as containing the warranty extended by you for the period tAken by you from the date of filing of complaint to the time of receipt of new LED)
Sir, talk to your seniors as already you have taken a period of 5 months, still we haven't received the LED replaced
As so much name is associated with your company hoping to get the redressal of complaint in coming 2 or 3 days
Kindly reply as I am not getting any reply from your behalf as and when I sent you any mail.
