[Resolved]  Rangers Club — Fraud company does not provide service well after membership taken.

I bought a package for 93000 for a travel package of 35 days for 5 years on 4th June 2022. The package also had 2 more days of travel and 2 return tickets for Delhi to Goa for couples as complementary. On 5th June we came to know this is a fraud and tried to cancel the membership because as per agreement we can cancel the package within 7 days of the package purchase.
These scammers somehow convinced us again please use our services first and then please let us know. They told that their rival companies has made all negative remarks and complaints.
We then waited for our booking. They never provided us any of the properties mentioned in their websites. They are fraud. After that when we tried to cancel the membership and get refund they denied that now its not cancellable.
When we tried booking for Goa they denied for flights first and later they said we dont have flight vouchers and then finally after arguments tried to give money as refund for Flights which was very low.
Also, sol me the package against my credit card saying its a NO Cost EMI where as Interest is being levied on the purchase.
These scammers mentally harasses and tortures you with mails, saying that we have not promised you these things. And the agent that sold you the package will continuously switch off the phone whenever you call them.
