We paid Rs. 2 lakhs to Rangers' Club on 8th Nov 2023 when they called me at their sales seminar at I Sacked Newton, 5th Floor, Logix Mall.

Almost immediately after that, they are going back on all of their promises made.

I am staying in Noida Sector-31.

The Sales team met us (me and my wife) on 8th Nov 2023 and offered us their membership along with a lot of freebies...

Rangers' Club has charged a hefty membership fee making a lot of promises and now that the money is paid, they are going back on their promises and not responding to my sevaeral calls/emails/messages.

I want complete refund of my money on accoiunt of a serious breach of contract from their side. They are a team of highly non-professional people with an intention to dupe people.

I have their stamp paper agreement...

They invited me as a guest and introduced me about their membership and trapped me to giving offers and promises, however after that nobuddy answer me properly also which hotel they provide me that was pathetic in services delivery location not good. Besides that they didn't provide any nights for free they deducted that night's from our package then i requested them to cancel our membership and as in lockdown i lost my job i needed money...

We have taken a package from rangers club a year ago, they have taken 1.30 thousand and showed us all good properties, wherein whensoever we go for booking they give us a reason of non-availability. We want our money back if they cant provide us services. This is pathetic Rangers should be closed so that they dont snatched people hard core money.

Services are very bad. I am keep calling the team but there is no response. On mail from booking team always revert like robot. They don't have capabilities to retain customers. I am not getting single services from the date I was taking Membership....

These people are fraud they invited us on a lunch and gave us a coupon in which mentioned that you will get 3 free nights in a hotel. Besides that they didn't provide any nights for free they deducted that night's from our package then i requested them to cancel our membership and as in lockdown i lost my job i needed money urgently but no response from there side are playing with the mind of people nothing else THEY ARE BIG FRAUD WE SHOULD...

I had taken Rangers club membership 2.4 years back. I am not at all happy with their services. They have only 3 star properties. But in demo they show 4 star and 5 star properties. I always face issue in booking even i ask a booking 2-3 weeks in advance....

We had opted for a membership after their false promise and propaganda carried out in the IMPERFECTO RUIN CLUB at logic city centre mall noida, which ha become these fraudsters hub. I think the club manangent is also involved in this racket of cheating customers
After realising we immediately cancelled our membership and now they are not returning our money back aven after the given deadline of 90 days

Please be aware...

They call people for providing packages of holidays and make false promises and sell them packages. Also they tell that policy is cancellable. But when we realize that its not worth and ask for cancellation they say its not cancellable. and don't provide refund....

Stages to get conned-
First they will provide you free 2N3D package coupon...
Then they will call you...and tell to take free lunch or dinner .and if you go there ...they will make the trap by selling you the membership...and if you stuck in that trap ...you will pay the amount ..and in the last moment, they will provide you with the receipt while doing lunch or dinner, and you will not have any option for getting the money...

Rangers club sucks...they are looting peoples, whenever i requested for booking...everytime got reply 'rooms are not available for mentioned dates'.
When checked directly on the listed hotels on their website, rooms are always available and when I replied back..they said that hotel is discontinued.
Rangers club should be shutdown. Please take strick action on these types of fraud companies.
I need my money back....

Please don't take rangers club membership and don't go for good reviews. While selling they would say anything and you would not get the hotels on your dates even after availability. I have worst experience with them. Please research and read the agreement carefully before going for this.

I have taken their membership and after that they are just saying whenever we try to book that no rooms are available for the date we ask
Plzz take action against them as they are making people fool and not proving any services after membership...

They have shown properties and later after getting members They simply said those properties are not included in their package. We rad paying 4.5 k for non rci and 6k for rci rooms however they are showing properties worth 3k and then they are saying they are providing best deal. It was horrible experience. Still “larisa resort is bein shown in their website which is not a part of rangers club currently. They do simply say not available...

I bought a package for 93000 for a travel package of 35 days for 5 years on 4th June 2022. The package also had 2 more days of travel and 2 return tickets for Delhi to Goa for couples as complementary. On 5th June we came to know this is a fraud and tried to cancel the membership because as per agreement we can cancel the package within 7 days of the package purchase.
These scammers somehow convinced us again please use our services...

Ranger club is a fraud company. They asked us to visit in a mall for an event and then they told us about their membership for 5 yrs. They forced us to take their membership, they were showing 5 star resorts and everything they told us was lie. I have tried to book hotels 3 times and everytime they tell us there is no availability in the hotels. They will not respond to your calls or emails. I have asked them for refund but they are not refunding...

Whatever is promised at the time of selling membership is totally lie. No 4 star or 5 star properties as promised, only budget hotels, which anyone can get on cheaper rates online, easily....

My husband and I am facing a lot of harassments from Rangers Club. It was in the month of June, we got a call from an associate to attend an event at a nearby mall in Noida. When we went there we didnt see any event, instead some sales person were forcing people to take membership from their company Rangers Club. While selling the membership they did a lot of fake advertisement that they have all 5 stars properties and they gave us 100% booking...

1) The sales person Ranjana Shukla who says he is head of Clarks hotel is a big fraudster. He never picked the call after my several attempts

2) The company has disaffiliated Mussoorie and Manali property named as Larisa

Now they have left with average properties of Rs 3k per night.

3)These people always say that booking is full however when you check on Google you will find the availability.br...

I have membership of Rangers club. I had pathetic experience after availing their first service. I had requested many times to cancel my membership, every time they say "we don't have cluse to cancle it".
Its fraud, please baware of such schemes and never ever buy this kind of membership....

Thier sales representatives miss sell the product by giving false promises for eg they told us of 5 star properties in their selection, they do not even have proper 4 stars.
Also whenever we want to make any booking, they always tell us non availability of properties infact while selling we were promised 100% booking surety to any location if we book 1 month in advance....

Pleased to find this forum to voice my current fate of disappointment and helplessness. I purchased the membership in 2019 but could manage to have only 2 bookings that too in times when ppl were not comfortable for travelling when corona cases were high in numbers. After that, I am struggling to find a single booking on weekends and some public holidays since February this year (2022). They have duped us in the name of providing accommodation...

the sales team will make promises, the contract shall read something else .

the most annoying part is they will never deliver you any resort and always would say no rooms are available . However i[censored] call the resort the rooms are available, the same are also available on...

I bought there membership and when i come to know they are fraud company they are not cancelling my membership ship.

This company is taking benefits of Indian law and doing fraud since long as no one can do anything.

They sell their membership and after that not providing any services and say hotel is full always.

Would be great if i get my hard earned money back from this fraud company and this...

Rangers club is a seemingly suspicious organization. I have been completely duped ever since I took their membership. I have only been able to manage one redemption of my booking. After that, these people are very difficult to reach. They discredited their own issued Vouchers citing various ridiculous terms & conditions. Then there are hardly any properties available of their own. They are not able to provide accommodation even when requested...

Rangers Club is an another name of Fraud Club. PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM THEM.
Poor response and services. Their listed properties are always unavaiable for booking on our requrired dates.
Sometimes if avaibale they demand extra price(Rs- 2000/- per night) for booking.
They are helpfull & responsive while marketing/selling their membership plans.
Once purcharced they just ignore customer and demands high price options...

Very limited options and delisted properties after booking.

Even the response and services are poor.
Would like to cancel even if they want to deduct admin charges....

Company has just invited for a event in gaur city mall ..at 7 pm today..before reaching they are calling again and again..but after reaching there they are not receiving there such a third class behaviour from staff.....

The company is totally fraud it would be better to stay away from rangers club. Whenever I tried for booking they simply informed me that we can not provide the accommodation for this entire month. Sometimes they informed that specific property is not operational and when I cross check with that property directly it was operational.

I have also requested to cancel my membership but they are not agree to cancel my plan. So...
