DALEEP KUMAR and RANJAN NARULA are from the same company there target small institutes and scare them, they will collect some information about the institute, they will file case against the institute in delhi high court and then come to institute people and force them to receive the court orders, they will not give you any time to even read the court papers, ( court papers willl be around 4 kgs, close to 600 pages) they will force you to receive and acknowledge if you don't agree to this they will then try to bring local police, to inspect the premises, its delhi based fraud company trying to use the loop holes of indian law, try to fool people for money actually RANJAN NARULA when he personally came to my office try to trap me, he came with 4 lawyer they were unable to answer any of my questions now i am filing a case against him, these 's should be hanged on the road Was this information helpful? | |||

Jul 27, 2015 AmitRNA's response RNA, IP Attorneys (a specialist IP Law firm) has taken all court actions and send notices on specific written instructions of SAP, SE Germany (SAP). The actions are aimed towards institutes unauthorizedly imparting SAP training using SAP brand name and unlicensed/pirated software. The claims of party’s posting complaints are malicious and without any basis. Students beware of these unauthorized training centers making false claims and promising placements. SAP has intensified its efforts to stop all such training institutes providing classroom training or online training who falsely claim to be SAP authorized partner and use pirated software and SAP brand name to make profits. Actually its a fraud and cheating network where the criminals of Chennai also involved . These people's are hard core criminals and must be hanged 10 times and must get a horrible painful death
