RATAN ENTERPRISE, (whose proprietor is MR. CHETAN GANDHI whose cell no. is +91-[protected]) is a company who claims to provide & serve Rough Diamond, Silicon Carbide, Graphite, Aluminium Oxide & Chemical Powder and Industrial Spring and said that they established in the year, 2005 and claimed to know as the renowned manufacturers and suppliers of the above said products. This company is located at No. 1, Punit Complex, Near Laxmi Narayan Bus Stand, Opposite Municipal School, Maninagar East, Ahmedabad - 380 008, Gujarat, India. These information is as per given in their page at indiamart.com website.We have inquired them for green silicon carbide powder. When we first start dealing with this person they sold the material against cash. For the first two transactions everything gone ok and material we avail on 2-3 days later after committed date. When we order material of different grade of 10 kg they send them without giving advanced for that but material was reached to us too late by transportation. After that we ask for 3 different grade of material of 10 kg each and he demands for whole payment in advanced including remaining one. He gave account name of the other person with same surname as his, and asked to deposit the amount. We deposited the whole amount on one day prior to committed day. Before payment he was telling the material will be available to you within 3-4 days. Once payment is deposited he start showing its original character and inform that I have not received the material, there is a heavy rain in city, I am outside the city for few days, in the middle he was not picking up the phone as well and when he picked up he told by not having material because of shyness I was not picking up, then he informed that the material is available at warehouse at Aslali, after two days he gave the confirmation that he has loaded the material through transportation and gave us the receipt no. Next day when we went to transportation office they informed that this receipt no. does not exist, we shocked. After that we tried no. of time to call them but he did not receive the call. After 2-3 weeks incidentally he picked up the phone and knowing that I am on the phone he said hello…. hello…. and disconnected. Immediately I tried to call again he switched off his phone. After 2 hours he call back and inform that I was out of the city for 15 days and I put my phone at home and many other excuses. Also he gave excuses that I was trying your phone but your phone was switched off. Meanwhile he informed that company from which I was purchasing material has sent me wrong material and all other excuses. Then he told that with 3 hours I will repay your money. Till night he did not confirm for the payment when I called him he told that I am out for some work and I also not receiving anybody’s phone but I have picked up your phone and I will pay you tomorrow through TT. From next day onwards he is not picking up the phone.He never gave us any invoice for the product that we buy in spite of continuously asking. Also the address he mentioned in the indiamart.com website does not exist. At his mentioned address there is a residential area and there is no business complex present. Also he has not any valid company’s bank account detail. All the business he does is only by his single phone no. so that after taking money he can escape easily. I MENTION HIS DETAILS WHICH I HAVE SO IN FUTURE HE CAN’T CHEAT ANY OTHER BUSINESS PERSON OR COMPANY. CHETAN GANDHI YOU ARE A FRAUD. KINDLY DON’T USE THEIR PRODUCT.
