Rathimeena Travels — Parcel ( bike) not received

Parcel from Chennai to Cuddalore has been booked on 31-10-23.while I was tracking it came as parcel received at Cuddalore at 10am Saturday. When I called to the Cuddalore centre they told u can come and pick at any time . I went around 3 pm they are saying that my parcel not received yet and saying to contact Chennai where we booked my parcel. And at Velachery where we booked our parcel has sent to koyambedu (what was told at booking station) till now I didn't receive my parcel and don't know where it is 06-11-23
