I booked my ticket to travle on March 28
From Chennai to Ayakkaranpulam in NON AC upper slepper U1 I used UPI method for payment money Rs.665 was deducted from my account but the ticket was not confirmed....

I book 2 tickets on 5th Jan 2024 from Chennai to chidambaram. I pay through my credit card Rs 760.00. payment failed error has came. But from my credit card the amount reflected as paid. Please arrange to refund ....

Parcel from Chennai to Cuddalore has been booked on 31-10-23.while I was tracking it came as parcel received at Cuddalore at 10am Saturday. When I called to the Cuddalore centre they told u can come and pick at any time . I went around 3 pm they are saying that my parcel not received yet and saying to contact Chennai where we booked my parcel. I sent a parcel from Chennai to my hometown idayakottai by Rathimeena. But looking at the condition of the box, I feel sorry for myself. Rathimeena why are you doing parcel service for this job you can close courier service. From my experience, anyone should not do prefer rathi meena. One of the worst service. And one thing i already wrote top of the box an instruction "HANDLE WITH CARE AND GLASS ITEMS ARE INSIDE" but they do what they want...

My wife (56) and her father (84) travelled in Rathimeena (TN 02 BT 8971) from marthandam to chennai on 6-5-2023 with boarding at azakiamandapam.(seat no 5 and 6).They had 4 bags as luggages. They requested to keep them in the side storage bins.The extra staff who were acting as bus owners refused to keep the luggages in the side and instead they asked them to keep inside the bus with them. Both the passengers were unaware to bribe the staff...
