Dear Sir, We posted a parcel 20kgs from mayiladuthurai to Surandai Trinelveli on 4 Aug 2021, attached the consignment receipt for your reference. image.png We didn't received any notification or a call to receiver side, upon we visit your Tirunelveli by us (Mr. Iyyappan, The Tami Hindu News Reporter) found the package damaged and consignment where mishandled. Goods sent is 20kgs and we received only 4.8kgs only which is also been in the state of can't use it. Person in-charge said the item received on 5 Aug 2021 which was damaged rats, he claim that he notified us but we never received any calls. refer picture of goods. image.png image.png We choose Rathimeena as a trusted supply chain but our goods are not managed well and it was wasted. Worth of item is Rs.2500 (Mappilai Sambaa hand prepared rice).
