Dear Sir, My BPCL Consumer number is 36969551 and my distributor name is Ratnakar Gas Agency to Basti (UP) .I am not getting the cylinder right in time and there is much delay in delivering the gas .Agency is providing very poor service to the consumers.Even the above gas agency delivers the cylinders in more than two months from date of booking .In this situation, it is very difficult to manage the LPG cylinders for cooking . Secondly, there is no any response from the gas agency on making any queries through phone. All the time, I have to go all the way from my house to the dealer place to get the queries answered. I am not facing this for the first time but this is a perennial issue .Please look into the matters and rectify the problems Was this information helpful? |
