I have booked the flat in gaurav discovery building j on april 16 and possession was promised on july 18. Work is done only up to 3 slabs as i have seen at the time of booking. No construction since Nov-2013. Every time builder / or his rep (Nimesh-BHAI) says it will start in 3 months. To assure you, they will send letter that construction will start soon. I got such letters.
In fact if you visit the Ravi Group web site, it doesn't even show the project listing.
Has anyone taken Ravi Group in court for this property?
As anyone file RTI, as to why approval is not provided?...
