[Resolved]  Ravi — Unnecessary bills for unused broadband

Hi, I am Ravikumar from Adugodi Bangalore south. My User ID:[protected] Please take this as a high priority complaint as i am suffering lot from monthly bills and frequent calls from reliance broadboand people. And let me know the status at the earliest. find below the statement which sent to reliance customer care. Please deactivate my broadband connection. Do not send me the bills for prepaid connection. I have taken reliance broadband prepaid connection from March 4th 2014 and Rs 1550 has been paid in February 4th 2014. I have paid money with all required documents to vishwa (His Phone No-[protected]). After taking Money he came to installation after 2 days and installed modem but he was unable to make setting to connect to internet continuously and came after 2 days but again he had the same issue so he said he will check it in the server and left my place. I was getting max 30 min connection per day. After that I called to his number more than 100 times but he did not pick my call so I sent message to him asking for proper connection. But so far I have not got any reply from him. From 12th April 2014 I started giving complaint to customer care every time I used to get the same answer from customer care. They used to say my issue will be resolved within 24 days. I have registered more than 6 complaints but very next day my complaint was getting closed without my feedback but I had the same issue of connection. Many times I spoke to senior technical support people but did not get any proper assurance of resolving the issue. Now I have taken another broadband connection from other network. Just in 30 min that new person made all the settings with required connection. I never faced single problem in 8 days. Really i am not satisfied with your service and did not get internet more than 10 hours in 1 month. So requesting you to return my Rs 1550 as soon as possible. Now I have decided not go for any product of reliance. I have the bill for prepaid of 1550 but again since 2 months i am getting bills as post paid. Many times i called to customer care and requested them to deactivate my connection but still i am getting bills. Please close or deactivate my account. I am not responsible for any bills. On 18 April 2014 I requested to refund my money paid for broadband connection to reliance ids 'Netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com'; '[protected]@relianceada.com'. But not yet received.

RAVI — No power for the past 7days

No power in kakanji street, sathyagarden, saligramam for the past 7 da6s. They have restored power in next and previous road of kakanji st. No clue whom to contact and what to do.
