Sir, 04/01/2020 ko collage anual exam form ka payment krte time server me problum aane k wajah se payment fas gya hai jo abi tak iska koi soluctin nhi kiya kiya gya ha.
Payment mode ka action not initiated aa rha hai.

i have filling my online exam form but due to server issues my payment is not successful but amount is debited in my account so what should i do. please sir solve this problem. should i have get refund or not ? and did i again filled form or not?
