[Resolved]  RBL Bank — fraud transactions in rbl credit card

Using Rbl credit card since 1 year. On 04th May 2019 happened fraud international transactions.(Facebk ads) total fraud transaction 49500/- also deduct my cash limit how to possible.therefore Raised complaint and submitted the disputed form with attached fraud transactions on same day immediately to rbl customer care . But till now they have not rectified the issue. and again bank reissue the card that is also block . The bank is not safe and securely to maintain the credit card.

RBL credit card suggested to go for credit shield insurance after the card approved and before receiving the card.
Unauthorized person was able to reveal my complete card number even it was not used for online transactions.
A fraud transaction happened on my RBL credit card through online at TPL*UDIO.
No reference number was shared to the registered Mobile number/Email id.
Above points make feels UNSAFE to use RBL credit card.

Cancellation of R Shield insurance policy

Hi my name is Menaka M.Without informing me they have given policy worth of 12000 and i have received a card a week back but that policy amount deducted How it can be possible, and i called so many times call center they didn't respond properly.
