RCM — RCM TULSI Painted exterior wall got damaged within 6 months.

I have painted my house with RCM TULSI paint.It was told that being antifungal.But within 6 months of painting it hot fungal attack.Other neighbouring houses painted with other company paints stands unaffected.Please do the needful
