Reader's Digest — faulty gift item delivered (2 yr subscription) still following up from day 1

Dear rd care team,

Rd care team assured multiple times on call and in mail that internal delivery team of rd care will do the delivery and replace faulty bluetooth speaker with working bluetooth speaker. Till date, no information shared nor atleast delivery tracking number shared of bluetooth speaker gift item so that i can coordinate with delivery. Understand that readers digest delivery team has issues to do the delivery on time. Rd care team: nidhi and rakesh are aware. Brought it to the notice of shakti kumar as well. Worst experience you can give to a new subscriber. Please act immediately by sharing delivery (Tracking# of) working bluetooth speaker.
