Reader's Digest — paid for two persons but both copies sent to one person

Dear sir,
I am k. V. Narayanaswamy, and my reference no: rd-rd[protected], i have made subsription for two years on my name and one year subscription for my friends son's name. Both the discounted payment/s were made online. Since i started receiving two copies for january 2019 and february 2019 to my address, i humbly request your goodselves to kindly send one of the copies (Which is for one year) to the address given below:

If you are unable to deliver one copy to the address mentioned, i request you to refund the balance amount after deducting for two copies which you have sent already to my address.

I have already made detailed report, which i have not rewceived any reply. I hope atleast this time you will take possible action on this.
