My Subscription Number is [protected] Cust id [protected]. I have not received the copies of Readers digest since June 21.Since last 2 months I have being repeatedly reminding them by email. Inspite of their emails promising by courier the copies to be sent, I have not yet received it. Their standards of customer service have deteriorated considerably in the last year.
