Non receipt of monthly issues.
Subscription has been processed from april’18 to march’19.
From the time that i have started, every month i have not received my issue on time and i have to send reminder mails for the same.
This is very annoying and i have been trying to get my subscription cancelled. I have tried calling up your cc numbers, but it is only the ivr, the call is kept on hold and gets disconnected without transferring to a cc exec.
I have written several emails, however no reply received.
Please note i do not wish to continue with the subscription and would like to get my money back. Today is the 28th of september and i still have not received my copy. Please process the refund from the month of september onwards.
Hoping that someone at least on this site will be efficient enough to do the needful.
