Realme — Product Exchange in warranty period

I was purchased Realme Wireless Earbuds 2S on 28th September 2022 where they was gived me 1 year warrant. under 1 year I'm facing some problem issue where sound are not working then I visited to service centre on 25.sep2023. where they are replaced my earphone but not same product they are give me another earphone realme wireless earbuds 2 neo. I was tell him multiples time both products are not same according to realme but they are not listening to me and my opinion. both products are different there quality and price everything is different but they are not listening to me and my warranty will expire soon. So please sir i requesting to you please consider to my complete and solve my complete. Thanku 🙏
