[Resolved] Recharges.in — they are not refunding back my money either to my bank account or piggybank savings | |
I recharged my tata docomo number [protected] on 12/11/2013 for 2 times for rs 499 via recharges.in Payment was debited from my bank account but rechared was no done. I contact my SBI bracnh for the same but they said that we are not responsible for internet transactions. Thereafter i contact recharges.in on facebook via messages then they transfer my rs 1028 ( rs 998 + 30rs for facing problem) into my piggybank savings, but afterwards they updated there site & i lost all my piggybank savings. I daily msg recharges.in on facebook for my money. firstly they said that we credited back your amount at the end of feb, 14 & afterwards they said on 12th march, 14. Thereafter they never reply for my any messages & block me from fb. There never reply to my email also. They use my money from last 4 months.
