As i went to shop within a week for returning a product, staff rejected to take it back because it is not packed well, but when i bought it, they have not packed it also - it is a display product. I accepted to take a display product without packaging - how can i return with packing it?? How much good it is?? It is so bad to hear the foolish reasons and not following the policies as well!!
The product is sensitive, so i can't use it anyway and we have the right to return when we are not satisfied with the product as per policies. Is that i am wrong?? Was this information helpful? |
We purchased a air conditioner 1.5ton in reliance digital showroom. We so many times called the service person to do the free service with warranty period, but they are not considering our words. So finally I lodging a complaint against you. I think you people consider my request.
