My experience with red express has been the worst in my life till date. No where near promised delivery date and pathetic customer support. My three shipment with way bill no. 12832051, 12832182, 11465781 are lying at mahipalpur MDC since 24th january morning despite of the fact that they were collected same day from seller. shipment has been with red express for last 10 days and everytime i call the toll free no. i get these nonsense repeated answers :
1. sir please wait for today shipment will be delivered tomorrow.
2. we have dropped a mail at mahipalpur MDC.
3. Nobody is picking call at mahipalpur MDC.
4. we are finding where the package is and will deliver at earliest.
Above are the foolish replies that i am getting since last six days from customer support but nothing gets delivered the next day and same promises made again. Was this information helpful? |
