Red Express — Keep Updating wrong information and putting blame on consumers

Regarding my Way Bill No 15549770, Yesterday 14th June 2015 Morning I got a call from the delivery centre that they want to deliver the courier and I asked them yes they can deliver. After 5 min the same person called me and told me that the load is more today so can he deliver tomorrow morning and I said it's ok you can deliver the courier tomorrow. But within 5 minutes I received the updated status that courier can not be delivered stating reason : "Undelivered due to - Consignee Wants Delivery On Another Date" What kind of service is this ???? I immediately called the delivery centre and asked why this wrong status is there on which the person told that that is the policy. Is it your policy... unable to give service and put blame on Consignee... and Then i asked him to either deliver the courier today or update the correct status, he started arguing, and when I insisted that deliver the courier today and hend it over to security person in apartment. He said he will come but he will deliver the courier to me only not any security guard. What kind of excuse is this. In our area all the societies courier guys are not allowed in the apartment until unless courier is any bank document. Since the first call the delivery centre was trying that I myself ask them to deliver the courier on any another day. This is really frustrating. This kind of service is not bearable... Again on 15th June morning I received a message saying your courier is out fro delivery and I received a call from delivery person and i guided him how to reach my apartment. I took leave from office today as previous day they mentioned that they will not deliver the product to security person. (which is unbelievable). after some time i got sms that product can not be delivered because "Consignee wants the delivery on another day" I was shocked... When i called redexpress customer care and they put me in conference with the delivery person, he simply lied that he came to my apartment but security person didn't allow him to come inside so he left... I raised all this complain on Red Express face book page on 14th June... But it seems like they deleted my post... :-(
