My product 11678798 was supposed to be delivered 20days by Red Express. I have not received it yet. Whenever I call I was given false commitment by one of the supervisor Manjunath(Manjunath.[protected]@getsetred.net). As per the conversation with red express customer care I was told that he is the supervisor for that. So I would like to take action against them for the trauma I faced these days.
