[Resolved]  Redbus — Didn't cancelled my tickets and not responded

I booked three tickets from Proddatur to Bangalore on 1/25. Due to severe issue of my father as it is a emergency we are in hospital and unable to do the journey and contacted redbus customer care and bus operator to cancel the tickets both are not responded. Bus operator told like redbus only cancel the tickets and customer care people telling bus operator will cancel it and didn't get any positive response from them and telling like we can't anything.

I didn't know whom to contact.

Could you please help on this and refund the money as soon as possible.
