[Resolved]  Redbus — Ticket not booked but amount deducted from my account need my refund

REFUND TICKET FAIR URGENTLY

Dear Red bus team,

This is to bring to your kind notice that I booked online tickets through Red bus.com on 13th APR2024 to travel from Bhilai to Indore for 1 Member for 14th Apr 2024.

Payment was done through Gpay. After Payment transaction got a message stating Seat was not booked & Payment received successfully. But I received message and mail from Gpay for successful payment. My seat was not Booked. You people failed to sent the Seat Booking message to me after receiving My Money

Here are the details of Transaction:
