Redcarpet — transaction failed

Hello sir i have taken 3700 loan from redcarpet on 13 nov 2019 the amount was credited in the redcarpet app. While adding the 3700 to my mobikwik wallet the transaction has been failed and the amount has been deducted. And redcarpet generated the bill and they are harrasing me to repay the loan as i have informed them that the transaction have failed and i have not used a single rupee from them. Whenever i will call their customer care they said that they will refund the amount within one month but till now i did not get any update i kindly request you to take a strict action against redcarpet and solve my issue as soon as possible my registered mobile number is [protected]
