My rediff account is hacked and the hacker had changed all the information and security question.

my email id is [protected]@rediffmail.com
pls contact on the alternate email id: [protected]@gmail.com
my phone no., alternate email id, and security question are changed. pls help me recover my account as soon as possible, as there are some important datas in my A/C.

I suspected that my mail id [protected]@rediffmail.com is hacked and I wanted to change password. Alternate mail id and phone number were treated as invalid. Kindly help me to open my id.

It asked me for password change. When I tried doing that it asked me for password retrieval options viz through email or phone SMS and asked to enter the captcha code. Whenever I enter the code it always says "the code is incorrect" even though I enter the correct code number of times.
This email is impotant to me.
Please help....

Last few weeks, there have been frequent demands, 10 to 15 days, to someonefor change of passwords, purportedly from rediffmail.com. In one such instance today, every capache that I I repeated was declared 'invalid: this must have happened for 7-8 times.Then I stopped responding to the 'capache.
Every time I was asked to change the password, it was done in the course of my typing a mail.
I am completely shaken, as all my transmission...

My email account ID, madhvi.[protected]@rediffmail.com, has been hacked. Aat email ID and phone number have been changed by the hacker, hence I cannot recover my password.
