Rediff.com India — OTP email from Mashreq bank on 23rd August and 12th September

There are a few fraudulent transactions on given dates and I do not see any OTP mails in my Inbox. Therefore, i requested Rediff to provide a detailed report whether there was any OTP mails hit on the specific dates but Rediff isn't supporting. Appreciate you escalate and help me have this report. thanks
