Rediff.com India — Product not delivered for 10 day and doing refund | |||||
Order id[protected] dated 03.09.2016 - product-nova mini electric tandoor Much time has passed but still product not delivered. Customer delight center showing status "ready to dispatch" from last 11 days. On customer care, executives are saying that the product has been dispatched but unable to provide courier details from last 11 days. I am requesting to customer care to cancel my order and refund my money. But they are saying that the product will come to your address and if you do not accept the only we can cancel and refund your money. But they don't having correct tracking of courier. This is happening from last 11 days but no satisfactory answer received from rediff shopping. If i don't received the product till 16.09.2016 then the order must be cancel and refund my money.
