Rediff.com India — Received fake headphones

I had ordered JBL tempo headphones but what I received is surely something that you won't consider as JBL for sure. It is a fake brand and looks like just painted JBL thereon.
It surely is a fake one and the vendor is not responding. The vendor Etraders shown a rating of 4.8 stars out of 5 but there is no single option to rate the vendor. How come he got 2500 or for that matter even a single review at all?

Yesterday i recived vox 3g calling tablet i open that parcel then i charging 4 hours after charging that tablet was not switch on because i want return that product
