Rediff.com India — Unsubscribe From Newsletter

Dear sir, regards. I had subscribed to the newsletter of rediff.com, sometime back. Now, I have tried unsubscribing from their mailing list by submitting requests through the UNSUBSCIBE option in their mails but they have not acted upon my requests. Thereafter I have sent sent many emails on their customer care id but despite generating tickets they have not acted upon. Request direct the company to unsubscribe me.
