Rediff.com India — Why is there delayed closure of my email address?

I have had no reply back from customer service since 09.122023.

Issue: I have been trying to delete this email address [protected]@rediffmail.com since last year.

I followed the procedure of waiting for 90 days without accessing it to automatically delete the email, but it is still active.

I then contacted customer support on their email who replied saying that they will let me know once the task has been completed. That was on the 09.12.2023.

Can you please get someone to complete closure of that email permanently please.

I have sent approximately 10 reminders for you Rediff mail to delete / deactivate/ close my old email address.

Please let me know once my old email account is deactivated and closed.

I had already logged off on the 12th Dec 2023 Australian time 11:35am or earlier but still haven't heard back from you.

I have also uninstalled the Rediff mail app from my mobile.
