Rediff.com — Tablemate received in damaged condition

Bought one tablemate order number 11728784. But the piece received is a damaged one. The following are the details of damages. The table has a huge crack in it and the stand adjustable clip is found broken. I have attached photos showing the damages. Also the thickness of the solid rod is not as sturdy as shown in the tv. Had complained already to your customer care but did not get any response. Now i want to return it and please refund my money. Expecting a quicker response
