Sir, I ordered for morning walker costing Rs.2245+ delivery charges where as I got a wrong lower quality product costing Rs.2100 + delivery charges. Vide my e mail to [protected]@rediff.co.in I sought replacement of this product as per my order No 8570307 The company is yet to respond & has not bothered to send any reply What I should do now?
