I ordered sona belt in Rediff online shopping and my order number is 10591396 on 21st Oct. Even after more than 35 days, i haven't received it and i have done 3-4 follow ups with their customer care. But no response from them. Please let me know what type of actions that we can perform. My intention is, they shouldn't show the same attitude towards other customers.
